ToyTap Return & Exchange Policy: We Care About Your Joy as Much as You Do

At ToyTap, we believe every interaction should be as joyful as a child’s first time playing with a new toy. Just as we craft our toys to be safe, fun, and meaningful, our return and exchange policy is designed to be transparent, fair, and focused on making you feel valued—because your trust in us is a piece of the “beautiful experience” we strive to create.

1. When Can You Return or Exchange a Toy?

We want you (and your kids, and pets!) to love every ToyTap purchase. If something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to help—within 30 days of delivery—as long as:

  • The toy is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
  • All tags, instructions, and accessories are included (this helps us ensure other families get a perfect toy too!).
  • For safety reasons, we can’t accept returns on personalized items or pet toys that have been used (we want to keep all pets safe and happy!).

2. How to Start a Return or Exchange

We’ve made the process as simple as a toddler solving a shape sorter:

  1. Reach out to our team: Email us at toytap@toytaponline.com or call (+86) 15992325020. Tell us your order number and why you’d like to return or exchange (we love feedback—it helps us make better toys!).
  2. Get your return info: We’ll send you a prepaid return label (if the return is due to a ToyTap mistake, like a defective toy or wrong item—we’ll cover the cost!). If you’re exchanging, let us know what you’d like instead, and we’ll help you find the perfect match.
  3. Send it back: Pack the toy securely, attach the label, and drop it off at the nearest courier location. Our address for returns is: Jinhui Huayuan, Haizhu District, Guangzhou, China.
  4. Wait for your update: Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it. Then, we’ll process your refund (to your original payment method) or send your new toy—usually within 5-7 business days.

3. Refunds & Exchanges: What to Expect

  • Refunds: We’ll credit your account within 5-7 days of receiving your return. You’ll get an email when it’s done—just like getting a notification that your new toy is on its way!
  • Exchanges: We’ll ship your new toy as soon as we confirm your return. If the new toy costs more, we’ll let you know; if it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.
  • Shipping costs: If you’re returning a toy because we made a mistake (defect, wrong item), we’ll cover all shipping costs. If you’re returning for another reason (like your child decided they wanted a dinosaur instead of a unicorn), you’ll cover the return shipping—but we’ll waive the cost for sending your exchange.
