1. Order & Payment

Q1: How do I place an order on ToyTap?

A: It’s as easy as a kid stacking their first wooden block!
  1. Browse our categories (Children’s Toys, Stress-Relief Toys, Pet Toys) and add your favorite items to the cart.
  2. Click “Checkout” and fill in your shipping address, contact info, and select a payment method.
  3. Confirm your order details and pay—you’ll receive an order confirmation email (to the address you provided) right away!

Q2: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

A: We get it—sometimes you spot a cuter toy or need to adjust the address! We can modify/cancel orders within 2 hours of payment (before the order is processed for shipping). Just email us with your order number and the changes you need, and we’ll handle it ASAP. Once the order is shipped (you’ll get a shipping notification), we can’t cancel it—but you can refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for support.

Q3: What payment methods do you accept?

A: Currently, we only accept PayPal for cross-border payment—this ensures your transaction is secure and compliant with international payment standards. A: Absolutely! Our pet toys are made of non-toxic, bite-resistant materials (such as natural rubber and durable canvas) that won’t harm pets if accidentally chewed. Before listing any toy, we test it ourselves (and sometimes ask our own kids/pets to “beta test”!) to ensure it meets our standards for safety and fun. We reject any toy that doesn’t pass our checks—because we only want to share toys we’d give our own families.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Q1: What’s your return/exchange policy?

A: We offer a 30-day return/exchange guarantee from the date of delivery. To qualify:
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags/accessories intact.
  • Exceptions: Used pet toys and personalized items (for safety reasons) cannot be returned.
If the toy is defective, damaged, or we sent the wrong item, we cover all shipping costs for returns/exchanges. For other reasons (e.g., “my kid changed their mind”), you cover return shipping, but we waive the cost for exchanging.

Q2: How do I start a return or exchange?
